Watch the full teaching. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal every wound, memory, trauma, belief, or moment in your life where your heart was damaged, shaped, silenced, abandoned, rejected, or marked by pain. Allow Him to surface what needs healed, and then pray through the guided prayer below slowly, intentionally, and out loud.

PRAYER: (Pray out loud)

Holy Spirit, I welcome You into the inmost parts of my being. Shine Your light on every hidden memory, belief, wound, trauma, or identity formed through pain. Reveal where my heart was damaged and where truth was replaced with lies. I open myself fully to Your healing.

Jesus, I bring You my heart — every broken part, every hidden part, every hurting part, and every protected part. I surrender every wound that shaped my identity. I ask You to speak truth into the deepest places of my heart where lies were formed.

Lord, anywhere my heart received messages of rejection, abandonment, fear, shame, worthlessness, invisibility, or hopelessness, I bring those places to You. Replace every lie I believed with Your truth.

I ask You, Jesus, to step into every wounded memory that still carries pain. Heal me where trauma was stored, where fear was planted, and where identity was damaged. I choose to welcome Your voice into those places.

Jesus, with Your help, I choose to forgive every person whose actions or absence caused wounds in my heart. I forgive those who rejected me, abandoned me, shamed me, neglected me, betrayed me, ignored me, hurt me, or failed to protect me. I release them and place them into Your hands.

Jesus, speak Your truth into my heart. I renounce every lie formed through pain. I receive Your truth: I am loved. I am chosen. I am wanted. I am seen. I am known. I am valued. I am protected. I am Yours.

Holy Spirit, fill every place where healing has begun. Fill my memories with peace, my emotions with wholeness, my identity with truth, and my heart with Your love. Establish new beliefs rooted in Heaven. Restore my heart to its original design.
